NEW pE-2 collimator with increased flexibility
CoolLED's precisExcite pE-2 collimator has been developed to offer greater flexibility with the incorporation of interchangeable high-performance optics within the collimator itself. The selection of the pE-2 collimator with the precisExcite main unit will be particularly beneficial for Live Cell applications.
Fast-switching (in microseconds) of excitation wavelengths without any moving parts can be achieved by selecting appropriate multi-band excitation, dichroic and emission filters for the microscope's filter cube. In addition, it is possible to fit excitation filters within the pE-2 collimator for applications requiring the highest performance.

Many of the major imaging software packages now support precisExcite. Although the unit is simple to operate with its convenient manual pod for selecting wavelength and intensity, precisExcite excels when integrated into automation and imaging packages.

precisExcite R excitation offers Control, Stability, and Homogeneity for fluorescence microscopy using high-power LED Arrays. The unit is modular, allowing selection of wavelengths, and can be fitted to all current microscopes.
