CoolLED pE-series products have a full 12-month return-to-base warranty.  LAMs (LED Array modules) enjoy a 36-month warranty.  If you are experiencing any problems, refer to the Operating Instruction.  Thereafter, please contact your original supplier. 

Support can be provided by phone or email.  Latest software can be downloaded from the website (Contact CoolLED for access details to the Secure Area).  If product requires to be returned to CoolLED for assessment or repair, please contact us for an RMA# prior to shipment.

Typically, we can offer a 5 working day response on assessment and advise what repair is necessary.  Please provide contact details so that we can discuss with you before any work commences.
